Delivery
- We offer domestic shipping to all cities across Indonesia using JNE , JNT , and Lion Parcel.
- We provide overnight/next day and regular delivery. Please note that some areas are not eligible for overnight/next day delivery.
- Shipments are from Monday to Friday. There are no shipments on the weekend or public holidays.

- Shipping rate will be shown before you proceed to pay during check out.
- Please contact us on Whatsapp if you have any issue or further questions regarding shipment.
- Please expect longer delivery time during periods of high seasons.
Returns and Exchange
- The maximum period for a size exchange is 7 working days after your order is received.
- The exchange is valid as long as the size is still available
- Size exchanges are limited to one time only. Please ensure the new size is correct.
- Before requesting a size exchange, customers must first confirm and contact customer service team via WhatsApp
- Customers must submit photos of the shoes being worn to help us determine the appropriate size.
- Customers must submit photos of the product alone, showing the front, side, and bottom sole.
- Returned products must be in a clean condition, unworn and new.
- We have the right to cancel the exchange and are not required to send a replacement if you don’t meet the requirements above.
- All return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Return shipping must be prepaid and trackable.
PS: All products are non-refundable. Make sure all information is correct before you pay!
Defective/Damaged Products
If the product you receive is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 2×24 hours of receipt.
